That is a wonderful question! As soon as I started answering, I realized that it would be worth a full post of its own.
On 22 February, I’ll discuss how to maintain your languages when leaving home — or when leaving the place where you’ve learned a new language. There are two levels to this, and each requires a different level of maintenance. Stay tuned.
