This week I would like share a resource for those of you who dream of touring on your bikes, but are reluctant to do it alone. More women are touring alone every year, and there is no reason to wait for a guy, a BFF or a relative to set out. Let them catch up!

Loretta Henderson assembled the stories of hundreds of female cyclists riding solo. Some just ride locally; others are living on the road or circling the globe. They come from all walks of life and are of all ages. Some never rode a bicycle before; others have been riding since they were tiny.
